Secondary Supply laws are not a new thing. We have them in Victoria but it still does not prevent teenagers attending parties with their own booze and drinking themselves stupid while parents watch on!
The reason why WA is leading the way in relation to out of control teenage parties is because alcohol is not managed or served responsibly.
If WA are going to bring in legislation for liquor why don’t they ensure it includes BYO as well? Or does this make too much sense
