Running your own business can at times be difficult. Sometimes I can get very tired working every weekend but that’s when our celebrations are.
Last Friday night’s party went very well, 160 teenagers, managed alcohol with fantastic parental support. We had a couple of issues with some unwanted guests however the Police were very quick to respond and moved them on without any trouble.
It can really make a difference when you have sober parents that assist with the plan. We had parents tasked to many things such as: Assisting bar staff behind bar, monitoring toilets (removing a few from one cubicle!!), handing out food (even to those who didn’t want to eat) checking on the perimeter of the venue, offering random counselling (always a few people that fight with their partners during the night). The feedback from the guests also indicated that they had a blast.

It was a brilliant night and kids had a ball. 1 hour clean up last night after everyone left, then a quick scout around this morning and picked up the last bit of rubbish and all done.
You really are more than just a security business and you can tell that you have such an understanding of teenagers and their welfare. Just shows the preparation that happens prior the party is more work than on the night.
Any how glad it is over and I will recommend you and your team to anyone having a party or event.
