It's really weird because when I read these news articles in relation to out of control parties it hardly ever mentions the amazing plan that parents have in place and how it failed. In some cases it doesn't even mention parents !!
So where do parents think their kids are on a weekend? Do they not ask the relevant questions to ensure their teenager is at a party where a plan is in place and parents are supervising ??! Read more
I am now overseeing a number of public halls for events. I love the amazing stories that the kids (yes kids) relay to me whilst they are planning their event. One recently from a teenager that told me he had the security sorted for a party of 250 kids. He told me his mate was going to do it with 20 guards each getting $100 cash each. When I questioned him further it turned out that it was not a legitimate company !! No kidding. Turns out also that he fibbed to the hall hirer in regards to numbers. He mentioned 120 guests !!!
All of us need to ask more questions. You never know what it will uncover !
