Over the past 34 years, my journey in risk management and asset protection has been shaped by a foundation rooted in law enforcement and leadership as the Director of U-Nome Security. I’ve provided support in hospitals, including mental health assistance, and tackled the sensitive issue of family violence—with the added dimension of having lived experience in these matters. Witnessing firsthand the volatile nature of various situations, including the escalation of bad behavior, has given me unique insights into both the triggers and consequences of such events.
In response to an escalating demand from clients seeking practical and effective strategies to deescalate aggression and address bad behavior, I am thrilled to announce the development of a groundbreaking initiative—SITREP. This initiative represents a culmination of my knowledge, expertise, and dedication to creating safer environments for businesses and communities alike.
