You have their itinerary
Each night nominate one sober friend to keep watch on the whole group. Particularly if girls are frequently using the bathroom and drinks are unattended
Friends that go out together must leave together
Walk home in well lit areas
Ensure everyone that is travelling together has an emergency contact for each individual
