Over the past 34 years, my journey in risk management and asset protection has been shaped by a foundation rooted in law enforcement and leadership as the Director of U-Nome Security. Throughout this extensive period, my focus has consistently been on providing solutions for businesses to navigate the complexities of risk, safeguarding both their assets and, most importantly, their staff.
My experience on the front lines has exposed me to a myriad of challenging situations, from brawls and pursuits to high-stakes operations involving offenders. I’ve provided support in hospitals, including mental health assistance, and tackled the sensitive issue of family violence—with the added dimension of having lived experience in these matters. Witnessing firsthand the volatile nature of various situations, including the escalation of bad behavior, has given me unique insights into both the triggers and consequences of such events.
In response to an escalating demand from clients seeking practical and effective strategies to deescalate aggression and address bad behavior, I am thrilled to announce the development of a groundbreaking initiative—SITREP. This initiative represents a culmination of my knowledge, expertise, and dedication to creating safer environments for businesses and communities alike.

All inclusive service
We recently used Naomi and her team for an end of season rowing party at our home. It was a BYO party at which a number of guests were underage. Naomi had a great system for managing the alcohol that each person brought making sure each guest was able to access his/her own drinks as required. She liaised with police beforehand and ensured that any interaction with neighbours went smoothly. She took all the stress out of having a teenage party. Everything went perfectly. I would highly recommend her.

Hi Naomi, thank you so much for providing the security and supervision for Henry’s 17th birthday party fundraiser. We really appreciated the initial meeting whereby you explained how the event would unfold, your liaising with the police, advice and organisation on all requirements to run an underage event. The event was fantastic and the kids had a great time.
